Hi Bigger Pockets community,
My wife and I have already brought our first home in the hopefullyup and coming area of South LA in View Park/Baldwin Hills. We're working our next deal near Leimert Park which is also slated for a huge upswing. We are still very new and just trying to make smart decisions. We are looking to be smart landlords and make investments that will pay off for our kids in the future. Mostly looking for opportunities to Buy and Rent right now.
Very excited to learn from the wealth of knowledge in the group as well as help other folks who are starting right behind me.
