Preparing to jump in the water!
I am really interested in getting into real estate both rentals & flips. Educating myself now on the best way to go. Currently I am trying to pen down a market. I prefer to be in the far south suburbs but open to other areas that will provide great deals. what are the best areas/neighborhood/suburbs to start
