Greetings. I am a new investor from Pittsburgh who just recently purchased his first duplex to negate mortgage costs. I am curious about continuing this and perhaps purchasing additional multi family units in the future.

It's a great time to get into the game. Make sure you are attending the local real estate groups, ACRE, WPRIA, jerry Kisasonaks group...Go on meetup.com and check out the dates. Best place to get info for minimal price...next to BP and you tube but face to face connections are a must.
We just hosted a class on Thursday at The Re360 World Headquarters (aka our office in Allentown/south Pittsburgh) on Thursday but will be holding another on Thursday January 28th topic of will be financing and raising the capital.
