Hey Everyone,

My name is Marion Clark and I just moved to the Bay Area, since being out here I've learned so much about how rewarding real estate investing can be. I've heard nothing but great things about BiggerPockets, currently I'm at the beginning stages of my learning and would love any advice or pointers on how to get started.  I think I want to buy and hold rental properties to build up my retirement.
