Newbie from New York City
Hello All,
My name is Stephen (24 years old). I am very new to the REI community. Myself and two partners have started a Real Estate LLC. We are looking to start our operation in the Philly area nearby to either Temple, Drexel, or UPenn. I wanted to see if anybody in this community has experienced investing in the Philadelphia area with Turnkey investments, student rentals, and renting to professionals. If so, how has your experience affected your views on the Philadelphia real estate market and further investing in Philadelphia? We appreciate all responses and thank you for your time.
