Hello Everyone,

I am a new Real Estate Investor from Chattanooga. I am a contractor turned Investor. I work part time still with a GC and am starting Fix & Flips this month. I'd love to get with a REIA in my area and I love the amount of information and education anyone can get in the BiggerPockets community. I'll be posting deals and questions along the way so feel free to give me any advice!
