Hello Everyone, my name is Michael Hart, and as the subject line states, I am currently investing in the Charlotte, NC; Wash.,DC and Maryland areas.  I have been in the flipping business the past few years, but am interested in moving into the wholesaling and buy and hold areas as well.  Look forward to meeting other serious investors!!
