Hello all you BP gurus!!

Having finally taken the plunge, I have signed up on this forum to educate myself on REI. I have been trying to learn as much as I can, reading works of Trump, Buffet, and Graham among others. I also have been learning from several mentors, my father as a residential appraiser and city assessor. I have also been learning from a local RE broker and developer, and a few others involved in RE, politics and law. I have also been in the field doing building inspections and updating assessors property record cards. I plan to attend college after high school, and get a JD and MBA. Nonetheless, I still am looking to further my education here. I say all this with the goal of opening my own RE development business, and law firm. Ultimately, I hope to achieve that coveted 7 Figure income, but I know that will not happen unless I have RE in my portfolio! Experts of BP, please guide me to anywhere a new member should go to for education. I am primarily looking to expand my knowledge on RE development, fix and flips, and all things commercial RE.
