Hello everyone!

I have been a listener of the podcast for a while and creeping around on the forums learning as much as I can about real estate investing and decided that its time for me to jump in!

I am currently a second year full time MBA student interested in building a portfolio of single family and small multifamily units.  I don't start my full time consulting job until August 2016 and have a light class load throughout the spring so now is the ideal time to immerse myself in real estate.

I am considering getting my real estate license, but also interested in working on some flip projects.  Anyone have suggestions, or know of flippers in the area that could use some extra help?

Thanks!
