Investor in Upstate New York
Hello- long time listener, first time caller. My name is Greg and I'm a new-ish investor in upstate New York, particularly the Mohawk Valley/Oneida County area.
I bought one 4-unit building in 2012 and have been slow to expand since then. I am looking for multi-family buy-and-hold or BRRR properties. I welcome contact from private lenders or anyone looking for investors like myself.
