I like turn-key properties and notes

Hello all!

I'm a new member  looking for like-minded investors in Indianapolis to learn and work together on Wholesaling and investing in turn-key properties and both performing and non-performing notes. 

Can't wait to hear from some wholesalers and note holders!

I've been trying to learn notes for a LOOOONNNG time! In NJ, we have a some good note networks here. A lot of out of state action considering NJ is so judicial.

Hi Faye, I'm a Wholesaler from Utah seeking rehabbers to turn my great properties into Turn-Key properties. I also specialize in flipping Tax Deed Land Lots, Multiple Choice Offers and Seller Finance Rentals where both the Seller and the new tenants pay me which leaves me with a little cash flow while I wait for the mortgage balance to go down and the property value to go up during the 1 to 3 yr Seller Finance period. This works great with Sellers who have no equity but need to get out of the mortgage. I'm a Real Estate Investing Coach teaching these kinds of creative strategies that I use in my own investing. Where in Utah are you located? Do you do mostly single family homes or multi unit or all?  I'm currently looking for deals to rehab and would love to work with you! 

I'm in Huntsville but I invest mostly near Ogden. It's a great market. I do mostly Single Families but have done the occasional Multi-Family. I will add you to my Buyers List.

 Are there many B class single family homes in the Ogden area that meet or exceed the 1% rule? I guess I was assuming (probably incorrectly) that there weren't many good buy and hold opportunities in Utah... I'm very new to this.
