Greetings all!

I'm looking to pull the trigger and purchase a series of rental units in the Lansing MI area. I've been wanting and planning for this for the last 15 years and I'm now in a position to move on it. I'm thankful to have a father in law who, though retired, has a long history of owning and managing rental units in the area. I look forward to reading, learning and contributing on this well packaged site!
