New baltimore investor

Hi all,

i'm a new-ish investor in the Baltimore, MD area.  I say new-ish because I bought a house here a couple of years ago where we live now but that we bought as an eventual rental.

After two years, I'm looking to now look for new opportunities and expand my horizons.  I'm looking for investors and like minded people in the DMV/Baltimore Metro area. 

 I'm open minded, ambitious and hard working.  So say hi and let's talk.
