Hi all,

I got turned on to BP through the podcasts.  I have a long-term goal of being a buy and hold real estate investor.  I want to earn stable, passive income that can afford me time to enjoy my life, and pursue other deals.  I have a real estate license in Florida, and I am working as a realtor for Berkshire Hathaway in Aventura, FL. My team leader is training me to find investment opportunities for a few foreign investors who she has found many profitable deals for in the past.  I pride myself as a problem solver and leader, and I hope that I can find other ambitious, smart, and professional people to network with.  I love real estate.  I only wish that I dove in sooner.
