Needed Help in Real Estate Management
I am a fresher working in a service providing company which deals in proving service and solutions in marketing, promotions, consulting, digital enterprise, IT services, enterprise solution, corporate training, engineering and industrial services.
Currently i am assigned on a project on real estate management. I need some help as i don't know much about this sector. My senior project manager had assigned me with a task to develop a model on real estate company management system. In this modal i have to represent how we are going to manage all its department which includes its department such as its office management, fund management, account management, marketing management, employee management, sales management, product management etc.
Basically you can say that we are going to manage all its sectors. We have to provide a solutions for managing all its department. I have prepared a chart which just gives a glimpse of management structure.
As i don't know much regarding real estate management so I need help from this forum to guide me and give me a proper instruction on how the management is done in real estate business.
