New Guy Here to Learn, Give and Grow
I'm a novice investor born and bred in Atlanta, GA and I've been living in Orlando, FL for the past 12 years now. I am currently doing as much as I can to learn more about multiple aspects of REI focusing on Buy and Hold Investing. I started actively investing in mid-2015 and I currently own 4 SFR (1 Atlanta, 3 in Orlando) but am looking to continue growing my portfolio with holdings in more SFR, multi-family and small apartments. I look forward to learning more and gaining experience so that I can share those experiences with other newbies (and "experts") one day.
