Hey there! I'm so glad I stumbled on this site. I am a nurse and I adore my job, but I'm ready to be financially independent. Real estate has been a passion of mine for a long time. I've decided I get started on making this a reality in the coming year. Soooo much to know: taxes, filing paperwork, LLC's. Thanks to everyone who has given and will give their advise on this site. It's much appreciated!
