Introduction
Hello,
My name is Gary Baird. I started investing in RE in 2004, but when we moved to Noblesville we never picked back up with it. I teach full time and have been running and growing an ecommerce business the last 4+ years, so little time was left for much else. We have been growing our team the last 6 months, so I have more time freed up, and I'm excited to get back into RE.
We've done SF Rehab flips and holds and wholesale deals mainly. Looking to get started back up again doing the same in Hamilton County area.
Happy to have found BP, as it looks like a great place to network.
