Brooklyn/Bronx new investor.

Hello. I'm new to BP and investing. Glad I joined BP.

 Listening to all the podcasts from the beginning.  Lots of information out there but BP is a good route to learn.  

I'm looking to work with investors in the Brooklyn/Bronx. (Or areas that are up and coming and reasonably priced) Or at least to learn from other investors.  I'm trying to jump in before it gets really expensive.  More interested in buying and holding then flipping though.
