Greetings, I've never purchased any real estate, I work full time in manufacturing , I'm interested in buying a few rentals as long term investments. Thanks for reading.

Hi Philip,

I too have been in manufacturing for the past decade but as of January 2016, I will be a full time real estate investor. 

Milwaukee is a great place to build your passive income portfolio!
