Hello BP Community!

My wife and I are both teacher's in the North Dallas area. We bought our first home, a foreclosure, 3 years ago and have been flipping it ever since. We just finished the entire house (while living on 50% of our income and rehabbing rooms as we saved up the cash). We made A LOT of mistakes throughout the process, but these pitfalls eventually helped to connect us to some very knowledgable and trustworthy business partners. We are looking forward to becoming excellent RE investors (buy and hold) using our equity position and creative acquisition techniques. I look forward to any advice you may offer and, of course, would love to share any of the limited knowledge I have gained as well!

Kind Regards,

Nathan Sundberg

What were some of your biggest mistakes? Also, do you see a profit coming, or was this just a learning experience?
