An IT professional by trade, I've been putting together forecasts in spreadsheets and battling paralysis by analysis and indecisiveness for years. I only recently took the definitive plunge by acquiring two four-plexes. Presently in the market for a few SFH rentals to diversify and allow some fallback flexibility.
