Hi Everyone,

I am new to BP and real estate investing; however, I have a good understanding of real estate, and investments, I am interested in learning about real estate investment. I have a close friend who has been rehabbing and flipping for a while now with great success -- although he is not in Missouri, he has been in touch with me regarding real estate investment and wholesale opportunities. Wholesaling has piqued my interest, so I am here to learn more about that.
