Hello!! I'm new to this completely. I've never done any deals but want to learn and need another stream of income for my family. I currently work in car insurance as a bodily injury adjuster and my husband works for the VA as a IT technician. I came across this site doing bunches of reading on where to start. So I'm here!! :)
