hello to everyone, My name is Gary Faber and I own a company called NurtureSource Designs. For five years we have been helping homeowners prepare and present their homes for sale. We renovate, stage, photograph and transform houses into homes, beautiful homes that sell. For 2009 we plan to purchase bank-owned homes using private and institutional funds to renovate and resell. We use eco-products because the market pays a premium for this. I am always seeking to expand our abilities with good sources for funding to purchase REO's, pre-foreclosures and short sales. The SFR bubble has created great opportunities to renovate and resell for profit.
