Help! Very lucrative opportunity for right person
looking to further educate myself in the real estate world and begin my flipping career. I'm a railroader at nite and small handyman maintenance owner by day. @ 1st look maintenance service. I am looking for other investors or a partner that is willing to work w me on my first rehab project.
Here are the pros- I have all the construction equipment possible from bobcats,dump trucks to boomlifts there's really nothing me or my guys can't handle. I have the advantage of getting quality work done at a labor price, materials would cost me more then my labor which means more profits. I also have a liquid of 50k to invest an good credit rating for loans.
I am looking for someone who flips in or around the Chicago area and is willing to help me get started or someone who is willing to partner up and maximize in profits seeing that I have all workers, equipment, and part of the investment 50k. I can make me and someone else a lot of cash if i can just get started I have all the pieces to the puzzle except I can't afford it on my own to buy the property and rehab and don't want to get a loan on it and cut into profits please let me know your guys ideas or where I can find a investor???? Also where should I be looking for the best deals to buy these rehabs???
