Hi, I'm looking to connect with other investors in the Las Vegas area.  My boyfriend and I are recent transplants to the area.   I currently hold a Colorado RE license, but my lifes passion is in investing (buy and hold/flipping).  We are currently looking for the few condo's under 50k, short sale or auction deals that are left here.
