West Phoenix Investor
Hello,
I've been investing on the Phoenix area for about two years. I am a Fortune Builder (Than Merills program) and I also study John Burley's and Jack Bosch's teachings. My ultimate goal is to acquire cash flow producing assets, but I have and will continue to do wholesales and flips for quick cash when necessary. I own two rentals (one in a SD-IRA) and also invest in raw land. I'm focusing my single family home investing west of I-17 in the Phoenix area as I live in Goodyear. My raw land investing is Arizona wide with plans to expand into Minnesota, Nevada, and Tennessee. Contact me if you've got any deals on the west on the side!
