Hello Everyone! I am excited to be on BiggerPockets.com. I heard about this site through a real estate investing class I am currently taking. I am interested in learning how to make money through real estate. To start, I am interested in having low risk deals and not need a lot of money or credit. I plan to eventually buy rental properties and flip homes! I am looking for any and all advice and help.
