Hello,

I currently work at a Fortune 500 company in Pennsylvania but am interested in transitioning into real-estate investing as my primary occupation. My goal is to meet or exceed my current salary with passive income within the next two years via income producing, multi-family rental properties.  I will be a licensed realtor by the end of January.
