hi Bp my name is Bobby. I am new to Bigger Pockets and Real Estate investing .I have been reading and listening to the podcasts constantly for the last few days. My wife and I own a small business and we are in the process of selling it. We will end up with about 150,000 after taxes etc. we have worked very hard the last few years to pay off our mortgage and our house valued at about 180000 is paid for. We would like to start our investing career by getting a super deal on our personal residence. It is our intention to move to northwest florida between Tallahassee and Pensacola . We would like to purchase a house in the country with 5 - 10 acres and of course get a smokin deal. Anyway just wanted to introduce myself and let you guys and Gals know how much I have enjoyed this site the last few days.
