I am currently new to all aspects of investing. I have done some research and read a few books that have helped me understand the concepts of many areas of Real estate investing. I am really concentrated on multi-family investing and creating cash-flow to achieve a life of financial freedom. Since I am just starting out I am working on my credit to get it to the number I need it to be at and better. Next I plan on either owner occupant to get me started and adjusted to being a landlord and maintaining a property. This is where I am so far but I can say that I am highly motivated and ready to put work in to achieve what I believe is very important to me and that's Financial Freedom!
