New Member from Oklahoma City
Hello everyone. I've been reading a lot on this site lately and just decided to introduce myself. I live in NW OKC. I'm a Title Attorney by day, and an aspiring real estate investor by night. I am here to make new connections in my market and other nearby similar markets, and also to learn more from all of you more experienced investors. I am interested in residential and commercial buy and hold rentals, and I am also always on the lookout for a good flip opportunity.
I also recently got my real estate broker's license, but have yet to put it to use. I have bought and sold my own homes in the past but I am now exploring my options in regards to opening a brokerage, so I'd love to talk to current or prospective agents to see what you look for in a broker.
