Just a quick intro. I'm a newbie. Looking into all aspects at the moment. Learning as much as I can. Multifamily / Single Family buy hold and rent, Money Lending - Looking at fundthatflip.com, flipping, rehab and holding - Just started to get serious but do own some single family homes properties in Ohio  (Which are completely passive managed by family).

Anyway just really getting started - Plan - Listen to Podcast, Read some of the books, talk to some local real estate investors / agents - figure out next steps.

Welcome to BP @Rajiv Gupta! It's such a great place to learn more about REI and connect with the right people. The podcasts are definitely a great way for you to learn a lot very quickly and if you have any questions, people are very helpful in the forums. Feel free to connect with me if you want to talk about investment opportunities in NE Ohio that could work for you. Best of luck to you, Kathleen
