Hello Bigger Pockets. After sitting through the seminars/sales pitches over the years, getting frustrated and getting nothing accomplished I feel like I have found a home. A plaace where I can utilize all the resources, make connections, make myself useful to the community and begin my real estate career wholesaling properties in earnest. Thanks Bigger Pockets.
My goal is to start with wholesaling, then fix and flip eventually moving to buy and hold. Once I have a portfolio of rental property generating 15-20K/ income per month I intend to build a bbq restaurant chain. LET'S DO IT !!!
