Actually, I am an independent Executive Producer in the film industry and throughout my journey; I have built and established strong relations with a vast global network of private investors, financiers, angels, investment groups, hedge funds etc.
In which, we have successfully provided either full financing and/or have co-financed a wide range of indie - major studio films and with all various budgets. ($6MM - $150MM)
So, I guess it was only natural for me to acquire and/or to obtain other types of investment deals/proposals/offers from all the various investment sources, brokers, agents, managers and so forth. That being said; not only do I have some rare and highly demanded deals, I am always looking for others that will surely appease and/or suffice my other investors.
