Good Day, My name is Na'ima. I am a Creative Real Estate Investor/ Consultant who purchases properties using Capital Fund Rasing / EIN based business credit to fund the deals. I am looking to increase my inventory and learn about other types of funding. Normally I purchase single family buy and holds. I would like to get into fix and flip and some whole selling. My main goal is to transition out of residental property and move in to the commerical properties. I am fulltime and have been purchasing homes since 1999-00.
