My name is Kenny and I just signed up. I am very new to real estate investing. The only experience I have is purchasing my primary residence. I am still researching and learning which direction I want to go in.

Right now I am interested in buy and hold, tax lien sales and wholesaling. I spend a lot of my free time looking at properties an line and in person(open houses etc) which is really enjoyable to me.

I have always been interested in real estate although I ended up in technology, I am ready for a change!

@Kenyon Lemon

So Cal is a competitive market. I would for sure go to a few REI clubs and take guys to lunch that have actually done wholesale deals in the last year. Specifically seek out guys who have sourced these deals off the MLS.
