Hello BP Community!
My name is Steven Spruell and I'm a small business owner in the Conroe area. I own a commercial and high-end residential Audio, Video and Security company (tascav.com) and a custom gunsmithing shop (fortressarms.com).
Other than owning residential and commercial property, and I don't have a tremendous amount of REI experience. However, I've worked around residential and commercial construction for almost 20 years, and I have extensive experience in contract negotiation and cost estimating as well as a solid list of reputable subcontractors.
I am interested in developing mutually-beneficial relationships in wholesaling, flipping and investing.
