Joe the Navy Guy
Hello Everyone,
My name is Joseph Tipa and I'm currently an investor in FL. I'm a United States Sailor and I flip houses as part time but looking to do it full time. I love the Navy but I have such a strong entrepreneur spirit that I plan on getting out and focusing more on real estate. I always loved real estate and building things since I was a kid but I never learned much about it until I joined the Navy. Once I did my first deal I knew that this was something I wanted to do. My ultimate goal is to drive by an apartment complex or hotel and say "that's mines :)" I would like to buy land and develop on it. I'm looking forward to learn great things on this site :)
