Happy New Year!
Right now, I am possibly moving family to new home. I am looking at the 203k and searching for a general contractor who may let me help with remodel to reduce labor costs. The wife and I have two kids of our own and will be adopting our two foster kids soon. Looking at maybe getting back into real estate. I owned a duplex in Bay View about 11 years ago. Just looking here for advice and wisdom.
