Hi all,

My name is Ben.

I got a strong interest in real estate over a year ago.  I just turned 25 and have been married for over 4 years now.  After firmly deciding I was going to start investing in real estate I talked to 4 of my close friends and brought them on board with my vision. We are all beginning our journey together in the real estate world and are trying to learn as much as possible before we buy our first property in Connecticut. Most of us have graduated or about to graduate college.  We are interested in all aspects of real estate, but want to start small with a rental.  I am looking forward to being a part of Bigger Pockets community.

@Benjamin Dilg welcome to Bigger Pockets and for taking action of telling others your dream and finding people to help you achieve it! Working with friends can be great but could also be a big headache. Make sure although they are close friends, that you trust them with your financial life as this is a business and will need to make money to survive. Establish clear goals and parameters of each person's value and expectations in the partnership.

Can't wait to hear about your success in getting your 1st property together!
