Hello everyone,
Im Joshua Garcia. My current profession is a Cable Splicer. I work for the local electrical utility company in the houston area. I recently stumbled across the bigger pockets website while searching "how to flip houses guides". I have always had an intrest in real estate, but I could never seem to find a good source of information that didn't cost an arm and a leg. I now find myself binging podcasts on soundcloud. Trying to absorb all of the excellent information. I just finished listening to episode 100 and was inspired to get involved and post. I dont have a specific deal in my sight. But my current home is a fixer upper. So what I now plan on doing is fixing up my house and getting an equity loan to finance my first deal. I would have never thought of this on my own. Thanks bigger pockets. I am so excited to get started. Thanks again bigger pockets for supplying everyone with this wealth of invaluable information.
