Hello All,

My name is Will Taylor. I'm a recent transplant to the Acworth, GA area. My wife and I just built a house in a new subdivision and are about to start a family next month(It's a boy). We have embarked upon a journey of becoming debt free recently and are intrigued with the idea of early retirement. As part of that I am interested in learning more about the real estate investment industry and possibly adding some rentals or flips to the portfolio. 

I'm educated as a civil engineer (Ga Tech) and have worked in the commercial construction industry for years in multiple roles; development, feasibility studies, governmental approvals and permitting, pre-construction and estimating, project management and superintendent work as well as handling all sustainable construction and LEED certification in house.

I'm a voracious reader and am currently consuming "Building Wealth One House at a Time" by John Schaub. I hope to learn as much as I can in a short period and pull the trigger on my first property this year.
