NC mountains investor
We own our home in mountains of NC. We recently bought a neighbor's property and operate it as a vacation rental on VRBO.com. And even though it's been an active rental for just one year (2015), we've done very well with it. We're now getting ready to buy another neighbor's property and manage it same way.
