New guy from Tempe Arizona
Hi all,
I'm John, 24 years old looking to get into my first investment property this year! Real estate investing has always intimidated me but I figure its like all other things worth learning, work hard and take action and results will follow. So this is merely my first step!
Other things about myself, I am a forex trader and my day job is sales for a solar company!
I'm very excited to learn a lot here!
