Excited for my future in real estate and thankful to have found Bp. I'm currently working a full time job and decided to invest in rentals with my dad and brother in the Louisville area. I've owned and operated a small business and am ready to apply some of those skills to managing rental properties. Hopefully within the next 5-10 years we can get into commercial real estate or larger multi unit complexes. For now we are starting small and learning what works for us. Thank you Bp for this great tool and the podcasts!
