Good Morning everyone, 

This is my first post here on BiggerPockets.com and a newly licenced real estate agent in Florida, currently working with Century 21. I am looking to get involved in a more investment based real estate brokerage and start wholesale deals to be able to one day invest in flips, rentals and buy/holds. If anyone has information on where to begin,  I am all ears. Thanks for your time reading this and hope to hear back from some like minded people!
