Making my first offer on a 9-plex using the new tools
This site is great! I am learning so much! I have already found a private deal on a 9-plex in my area that is fully rented in an up and coming area. New roof, new gutters, 100% occupied. Any advice on creative financing from the pro's that will allow me to keep my HELOC to use on other projects? The owner has a mortgage on the property, so I'm thinking wrap-around?
