Hey everyone,

My name is Eric Bernecker.  The proud owner of North Central Property Management & Landscaping.  We service New Richmond, WI and surrounding area.  Our service's are Property Management, Lawn Care, Landscaping and more. 

I am personally learning everything I can about buy and hold properties.  I can tell already that there is a lot to learn.  In the long run the buy and hold's are for my retirement.  My wife is not on the same page as me but she will get there.
